Forric Homes is a second-generation family house builder with over 30 years of experience across the North East. Founded in 1991 by Robert Forster, the name “Forric” short for “For Richard” was chosen as a personal pledge to quality and a promise to make the family proud.

Today, Forric is led by Robert’s two sons. Richard Forster, our Construction Director, has spent over two decades dedicated to the business and remains hands-on across every site – ensuring the Forric standard of craftsmanship is met without compromise. Tom Forster, who joined in 2019, holds a master’s degree in civil engineering and brings a background in major infrastructure projects, including Crossrail and HS2. Alongside advanced training in land and planning from the Millbank Land Academy, his expertise brings in-house technical strength and strategic thinking helping Forric unlock complex land opportunities and deliver design-led homes with clarity and confidence.
